About Vultris

Technical support that stays focused on delivery.

Vultris is a Dubai, UAE-based BIM and project-delivery consultancy supporting design consultancies, developers, contractors and specialist teams across the GCC.

Why Vultris exists

Good projects still fail at the gaps between teams.

A project may have a strong architect, capable engineers, experienced contractors and a detailed programme—and still lose time because information is incomplete, responsibilities are unclear or decisions are not carried into the models and drawings.

Vultris works inside those gaps. We help the appointed teams define what is needed, produce or review the technical information, close coordination issues and show the remaining risk clearly.

We do not replace the project’s appointed designers, engineers or authority consultants. The scope is written so design responsibility, review responsibility and approval authority remain clear.

Working principles

Simple rules for serious project work.

These principles shape how Vultris scopes, delivers and reports every appointment.

01

Define the output

Every task must end with usable information, a closed decision or a visible risk.

02

Show the real status

Reports separate what is complete, what is blocked and who must act next.

03

Coordinate with owners

Issues are resolved with the people responsible for design, construction and approval.

04

Check before handover

Agreed outputs are reviewed before issue, and remaining limitations are recorded.

Ways to appoint us

Use the level of support the project needs.

The appointment can be remote, embedded with the team or limited to a defined review or production package.

Independent review

A focused audit of models, drawings, BIM requirements, programme inputs or delivery status.

Defined package

A clear set of models, drawings, simulations or technical outputs with agreed dates and reviews.

Integrated support

Ongoing leadership or production capacity working directly with the appointed project team.

Start with the problem

We will define the smallest useful scope first.

Send the available information and the decision or output you need. We will not propose a large team before understanding the work.
