Architecture & Interior Project Delivery

  • The concept is strong, but technical information is missing
  • Architecture, interiors, structure and MEP do not align
  • Specialist information is arriving late or in isolation

4D Simulation

Use the model and programme together to strengthen a tender, test the proposed sequence or support a live planning decision.

Useful when

  • A tender method must be clear, credible and easy to assess
  • The baseline programme has not been tested against access, logistics or work fronts
  • A live project needs a look-ahead, progress comparison or recovery-option review

Typical outputs: Tender 4D Simulation, programme-linked models, logistics and work-front studies, look-aheads, planned-versus-actual views and recovery-option tests.
