The delivery problem

BIM becomes expensive when the rules exist but the project does not follow them.

Vultris starts by checking the current information and responsibility structure. The proposal then focuses on outputs that remove or expose the actual constraint.

The EIR, BEP and appointments do not say the same thing.
The model breakdown, coordinates or naming rules are inconsistent.
Reports count clashes but do not show which issues block delivery.
Submissions arrive without the information needed for a useful review.
Project leaders cannot see what is complete, overdue or dependent on a decision.
Handover requirements are discussed too late.

Common questions

Before you appoint the service.

Can Vultris review an existing BIM setup?

Yes. We can audit the current requirements, models, reports and responsibilities, then identify the smallest corrections needed.

Do you replace the appointed BIM manager?

Not necessarily. We can provide an independent review, support the existing manager or take responsibility for a clearly defined workstream.

Do you work to ISO 19650?

We can align processes and information management with ISO 19650 where the appointment requires it, while keeping the project procedure practical.
